Pipeline Tariffs and Tolls

The interstate liquid petroleum and natural gas pipeline system tariffs rates charged are regulated by the U. S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The tariffs for the North Dakota System are set according to type of crude and by receipt point to delivery destination.
